What are Echo's opening hours?

The restaurant is open every day: Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm (kitchen until 3pm), and weekends from 9am to 5pm (kitchen until 4pm).

Can I book a table?

Yes, reservations can be made online through our booking system (the "Book a table" button at the top of the page).

Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free options?

Yes, several dishes on the menu are gluten-free (GF) or dairy-free (DF) — they're marked directly on the menu.

Can I order delivery or takeaway?

Yes: delivery is available via Uber Eats, and click & collect through our online ordering system (the "Order Now" button).

Our Story

Los Angeles → Paris

Echo began with an idea: to bring everything we love about Los Angeles coffee shops and delis to Paris. Slow breakfasts, generous plates full of fresh ingredients, and coffee worth lingering over.

To create our opening menu in 2018, chef Mailea Weger joined us in Paris after working in the kitchens of Gjusta and Gjelina in Los Angeles. She helped shape Echo's approach to food: vibrant, satisfying, and guided by the seasons.

Today, our team carries that spirit forward on Rue d'Aboukir, in the heart of the Sentier. Everything is made from scratch, with a menu that follows the seasons and our curiosity, bringing together California favorites and new ideas.
